FOTD : Milani Wild Violets

Here is a look that I did with the Milani Eyeshadow Quad in Wild Violets. This is a very pretty quad with awesome pigmentation and this look is great on dark eyes. You can purchase this quad at a drugstore for about 5 bucks.

I mainly used the two colors on the left side of the quad, and added M.A.C.'s Nylon as a highlighter to the brow bone. In addition I lined my lids with a purple eyeliner pencil (don't remember the brand), and added my Lancome Fatale mascara and was good to go.

On my face I used M.A.C. Prep + Prime as my primer, M.A.C. Full Coverage Foundation in C40, Studio Fix in NC 35, and Chanel's Blush in Mocha. For my lips I used M.A.C.'s Lollipop Loving from the Heatherette collection and topped it off with Nars Lipgloss in Turkish Delight.

gosh, that's so pretty! i sort of imagined all the pinks and purples would be a bit ott, but you pull it off so well and it's blended so nicely. you have beautiful lashes too!

thank you emily! as for the lashes, i feel like i have the most itty bitty lashes out there! the way i get them to appear so lush is using my Lancome Fatale mascara which i LOVE!

that's gorgeous. i love purple eyeshadows in general and i love milani too. they have such great products. i'm still mad that cvs phased out their single shadows.
